My journey as a creative director has been percolating from the moment my father handed me a Yashika 35mm film camera as a child; my journey as a copywriter began when I moved to Vancouver, BC, for two years; my journey as a designer (truly) began the second I stepped foot in the Emily Carr School of Art and Design and fell in love with logos, grids, and shapes.

I am obsessed with the visual world. 🌎

I am and have always been the type of person to admire typography – even before I knew what it was. I am the wanderer who travels to cities and parts unknown only with a camera, pen, and notebook in-hand to sketch, observe, and listen.

If anything, I am grateful to be able to write, design, shoot, and provide creative direction for a living, crafting brand identities and brand strategies for impact-driven companies.

If you are reading this, know that my story as a creative director, graphic designer, and writer is still unfolding – and that I would love for you to be a part of it.

My visual work is inspired by a variety of influences – contemporaries like James Jean, Takashi Murakami, Es Devlin, and Aaron Draplin to name a few – and traditional – like Saul Bass, Paula Scher, Tibor Kalman, and Massimo Vignelli. I am an amorphic product of the Internet-age, equal parts the teachings of “Hey Whipple, Squeeze This!” and Travis Scott’s “Astroworld”.

I’m über easy to get a hold of, I love coffee, and I’d love to chat with you about how we can develop your next idea. ☕️
